What is Reborn Rack?
Reborn Rack is a UK-based recommerce retailer specialising in surplus, overstock, open-box, customer-returned, ex-display and liquidation inventory from leading brands.
What does "recommerce" mean?
Recommerce refers to the resale of products that have previously been returned, opened, overstocked, discontinued, ex-display or otherwise removed from traditional retail channels.
By extending the life of products, recommerce helps reduce waste while offering customers access to quality products at lower prices.
Why are your prices lower than traditional retailers?
We source inventory from retailers, distributors, manufacturers, liquidators and other commercial supply channels. Because many products are open-box, customer-returned, surplus or ex-display items, we are often able to offer them at lower prices than traditional retail.
Are your products genuine?
Yes. We source products through legitimate commercial supply channels. Brand names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Product Condition
Are all products brand new?
No. Product condition varies by item.
We sell products in a range of conditions including:
- New
- New – Open Box
- New – Ex Display
- Customer Return
- Used (Excellent, Very Good, or Fair)
- Parts or Repair (where clearly stated)

What does "Open Box" mean?
Open Box products have typically had their original packaging opened but remain unused or in near-new condition unless otherwise stated.
What does "Ex Display" mean?
Ex Display items have previously been used for demonstration or display purposes. They may show minor cosmetic wear which will be disclosed where known.
What does "Customer Return" mean?
Customer Return items have previously been purchased and returned. Products are sold based on the condition stated in the listing.
Will my product arrive in its original packaging?
Not always.
Some products may be supplied in damaged, replacement or non-original packaging. Packaging condition is separate from the condition of the product itself.
Orders & Payments
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through trusted payment providers using encrypted checkout technology.
What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may include major debit cards, credit cards, digital wallets and buy-now-pay-later services where available.
Can I cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to cancel it before shipment.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Delivery times vary depending on the courier and destination.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Tracking details are normally provided once your order has been dispatched.
Why did my order arrive in multiple parcels?
Some orders may be shipped separately due to product size, packaging requirements, stock location or courier limitations.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return an item?
Customers generally have the right to cancel eligible online purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable consumer laws and our Returns Policy.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue.
We will review the situation and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, not as described, or the wrong item was supplied.

Warranty & Product Support
Do your products come with a warranty?
Unless explicitly stated on the product listing, products sold by Reborn Rack may not be covered by a manufacturer warranty.
This is particularly common for open-box, customer-returned, liquidation, surplus and ex-display inventory.
Where a manufacturer warranty is known to apply and remains transferable, this may be stated in the product listing. Warranty availability can vary by brand, product type and manufacturer policy.
Nothing in this FAQ affects your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law.
Can you provide proof of purchase?
In some cases, original retailer invoices, receipts or proof of purchase documentation may not be available.
Many products are sourced through commercial surplus, liquidation, returns and distribution channels where original consumer purchase documentation is not transferred.
Customers should not assume that manufacturer warranty claims requiring the original retail receipt will be supported unless explicitly stated in the product listing.
Who is responsible if a manufacturer declines a warranty claim?
Manufacturer warranties are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to that manufacturer's terms and eligibility requirements.
Where a manufacturer declines warranty support, customers continue to retain any applicable rights they may have under UK consumer law in relation to purchases made directly from Reborn Rack.
Product Listings & Product Information
Are product descriptions always accurate?
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, specifications, compatibility information and listing details are accurate.
However, due to the volume and nature of surplus, liquidation and recommerce inventory, listings may occasionally contain errors, omissions or inaccuracies.
Information may originate from manufacturers, retailers, distributors, suppliers or other third-party sources.
If a material listing error is identified before dispatch, we reserve the right to correct the listing, contact the customer, cancel the order, or issue a refund where appropriate.
Do you use manufacturer or illustrative images?
Yes.
Product listings may include manufacturer, supplier, stock or illustrative images for identification and reference purposes.
Where available, we also provide actual photographs of the item being sold to help customers assess condition, included contents and cosmetic appearance.
All trademarks, product names, logos and images remain the property of their respective owners where applicable.
Reborn Rack does not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property used for product identification, compatibility or descriptive purposes.
Can I request additional photos before purchasing?
Reasonable requests for additional photographs are welcome.
While we cannot guarantee that additional images will always be available, we will attempt to provide further information where practical and where inventory remains available.
Delivery, Insurance & Risk
Is my shipment insured?
Courier services may include limited compensation or transit protection depending on the carrier and service used.
The level of protection varies between carriers and shipment types.
Who pays for shipping insurance?
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, shipping insurance is not separately charged to customers.
Any transit protection, compensation cover or shipping insurance arranged by Reborn Rack forms part of our operational fulfilment process.
When does responsibility for the goods pass to me?
For consumer purchases, responsibility for goods generally transfers when the customer, or a person identified by the customer, takes physical possession of the goods.
This does not affect statutory consumer rights relating to goods lost or damaged before delivery.
Gifting & Special Purchases
Are your products suitable as gifts?
Many products sold by Reborn Rack are suitable for gifting.
However, customers should carefully review the product condition, included accessories and packaging information before purchasing as a gift.

Pricing & Discounts
Why don't your prices always show large discounts?
Discounts vary by item.
Pricing reflects factors such as product condition, rarity, demand, completeness, current market value, replacement cost and availability.
Some liquidation or recommerce products may show substantial savings, while others may be priced closer to current market value where the item is rare, complete, high-demand or difficult to replace.
Our goal is to offer fair market pricing while accurately reflecting the condition and value of each individual item.
