Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Reborn Rack.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers in the United Kingdom generally have the right to cancel eligible online orders within 14 days of receiving the goods for a full refund.

To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be sent back within 14 days of notifying us.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, including any accessories, packaging, manuals and included components where applicable.

We reserve the right to make deductions from refunds where returned items show signs of use, damage, missing parts or reduced value beyond what would reasonably be expected from inspection.

Recommerce, Open-Box & Surplus Inventory

Reborn Rack specialises in surplus, liquidation, overstock, returns and open-box products sourced from retailers, distributors and other commercial channels.

Due to the nature of surplus and liquidation inventory, some products may:

  • show signs of storage, handling or prior transit
  • have damaged, imperfect or replacement outer packaging
  • be open-box, customer-returned or previously handled
  • include cosmetic marks or minor wear where stated
  • be incomplete where clearly described in the listing

Product condition, included contents and known defects are described on the individual product page and/or shown in the listing images.

Please review all listing information carefully before purchase.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, materially not as described, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • supporting photographs where relevant

Where required under applicable consumer law, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, partial refund or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless faulty or not as described, we reserve the right to refuse returns for:

  • sealed hygiene or personal care products once opened
  • perishable goods
  • customised or personalised items
  • items explicitly listed as sold for parts, repair, salvage or spares
  • software, digital products or activation-locked items where applicable

Refunds

Refunds are normally processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please allow several business days for your payment provider to process the refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • the item is faulty
  • the item is materially not as described
  • we sent the wrong item

For higher-value items, tracked and insured return shipping is recommended.

Returns Abuse & Misuse

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action in cases of suspected misuse of our returns process.

Examples may include:

  • returning items in a materially different condition from that supplied
  • returning different, substituted or missing items
  • excessive or repeated returns activity inconsistent with normal consumer purchasing behaviour
  • intentionally damaging products
  • fraudulent claims relating to missing items, condition or delivery

Where appropriate, we may refuse a return, apply deductions permitted under applicable consumer law, restrict future transactions, or refer matters to the relevant payment provider, platform, carrier or authorities where fraud or unlawful activity is suspected.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
